We’re looking for an experienced Road Construction Foreman to lead a large-scale operation and help drive high-quality infrastructure projects across Connecticut. If you’re a strong leader with field expertise and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
👷 What You’ll Do:
• Oversee and manage a 4-5-person construction crew
• Work closely with the Project Manager on site, utility, and drainage construction
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Enforce quality control standards across all phases of work
• Implement and uphold safety policies and procedures on-site
✅ Requirements:
• Proven experience in road or heavy civil construction
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/specs
• OSHA 10 certification required
• DOT experience preferred
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting at $120,000+ per year (based on experience)
• Full-time position with benefits
