Town of Winchester – Crystal Lake Water Treatment Facility, Upgrades to treatment plant and new water storage tank.

The scope of work involved clearing and grubbing about 2 acres, then exporting 2,200 cy of surplus materials.   The site work include the installation an electrical enclosure with site lighting and a security system.  A storm sewer system was installed, along with the adding to new 16” water main extension to service the new water storage tank.  We excavated the foundation for the water storage tank and Statewide Aquastore was subcontracted to cast the foundation and erect the 600,000 gallon tank.  The site was landscaped with large grass areas and a number of planting.  The treatment facility received major upgrades to the controls and monitoring system, that included a revamping of the security system.  The tank is schedule to go online in early 2025.
